TERM & CONDITIONS

  1. PREMIUM SHIPPING LOGISTICS agrees to have unit(s) described on quotation shipped on or about the dates requested.
  1. This order is subject to all terms and conditions of the driver/carrier bills of lading, copies of which are available upon request.
  1. 6.0% Administration fee will be charged on each transaction. 
  1. No cancellations and deposit is forfeited, once dispatched and or assigned to a driver with a pick up schedule date!
  1. PREMIUM SHIPPING LOGISTICS hereby notifies shippers that their unit will be driven on and off the transporter, or to and from the transporter at the pickup or delivery site. Should the carrier be unable to access either site, this does not relieve the consignee from making a reasonable effort to meet the truck at a suitable location. In order to fully deliver your unit, you must be willing to travel up to 5 miles from the designated pickup or delivery point.
  1. All units to be delivered with a balance due shall be paid by CASH, MONEY ORDER or CASHIERS CHECK to the driver/carrier upon delivery (3 to 24 hour’s voice notification to phone numbers provided by shipper) If proper US funds are unavailable to receive delivery, unit(s) will be taken to and left at the nearest terminal at the discretion of the carrier, where shipper will have to retrieve and pay for storage or redelivery fees.
  1. If you are shipping an inoperable unit, you may be required to help load and unload said unit at the discretion of the driver should unit(s) become inoperable during transport, an additional fee of USD$[inoperable.add_fee_driver] or more will be due at time of delivery in addition to any other moneys owed. It is the shipper’s responsibility to make sure the unit is in proper working order. Problems, such as but not limited to, a dead battery, bad alternator, loose cables, etc. that makes the unit inoperable during transport will increase the transport price by a minimum of USD$[inoperable.add_fee_driver].
  1. PREMIUM SHIPPING LOGISTICS will not knowingly transport units with personal or household items in or trunk compartments. Federal regulation prohibits doing so. lf such items are shipped unbeknown to Specialized Export, such items become the sole responsibility of the customer. This is Federal Law and under no control of our company.
  1. PREMIUM SHIPPING LOGISTICS will not be responsible for vandalism, acts of God (fire, flooding, hail, sand storm, tornadoes, and earthquakes) or objects flying from the road or sky during transport. Shippers will maintain their own insurance for these reasons. Enclosed transport is available at a higher price if necessary to ensure the condition of the unit. 
  1. In addition it is expressly understood that we cannot be held accountable or be responsible for acts of God or circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather, vandalism and collisions that are the fault of other drivers.
  1. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as truck damages, faulty equipment, and acts of God (fire, flooding, hail, sand storm, tornadoes, and earthquakes) or objects flying from the road or sky during transport. PREMIUM SHIPPING LOGISTICS is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE DAMAGES. With this, Loads can be delayed. In such cases PREMIUM SHIPPING LOGISTICS has 7 to 10 business days to complete the delivery. 
  1. Any road repairs or towing charges as a result of a failure by your trailer’s equipment such as tires, rims, bearings, hitch, or other mechanical failure will be reimbursed to us by you upon delivery of your load.
  1. Shipper is responsible for preparing the unit(s) for transport, all loose parts fragile or protruding accessories, low hanging spoilers, fog lights, antennas, etc., must be removed and/or properly secured. Any part that falls off in transit is the shipper’s responsibility, including damages done by said part to any and all units involved.
  1. PREMIUM SHIPPING LOGISTICS must also be notified of any damage by phone within 24 hours. Shippers must submit in writing a description of damage, clear pictures, and 3 estimates within 10 days of receipt of said unit directly to the designated carrier for any resolution to be initiated. PREMIUM SHIPPING LOGISTICS will support you in this effort should such a problem occur, but in no way will or can we accept responsibility for any negligence of the assigned carrier.
  1. PREMIUM SHIPPING LOGISTICS will provide carrier’s insurance certificate and carrier information should any controversy arise.
  1. PREMIUM SHIPPING LOGISTICS is licensed, bonded and insured. We are responsible for booking the shipment of cars with a licensed and insured Motor Carrier Corporation, who handle their own damage claims and we will assist you through the entire process.
  1. Customers must make their unit available during the transport time, if the unit becomes unavailable at any time after the order has been placed and a carrier has been assigned, PREMIUM SHIPPING LOGISTICS holds the right to cancel the order with no refund. 
  2. Boats older than 1980 drivers are not responsible for any wind damages or separation of the boats wooden trim or plastic parts. 

We are not responsible for:

  1. Damage not detected at pickup location due to un-manageable weather or lighting conditions.
  2. Damage to car phones or antenna under any condition (suggests that they may be removed)
  3. Loss of or damage to audio or video equipment not installed at the factory, including antenna that does not retract to within 3 inches of the unit’s body.
  4. Damage or fines incurred because of personal or household items left in unit.
  5. Damage to boots, bras, caps, or decorative tops over 3 years old.
  6. Damage caused by leaking fluids, such as battery acid, motor oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, power steering fluid, radiator coolant, or fallout resulting from acts of God.
  7. Damage caused by freezing of cooling system and/or battery.
  8. Damage caused by failure of factory tie-downs or pull through from tie-down holes
  9. Damage to, or caused by any unit that cannot be driven on or of the transport under its own power unit will not run, or has lost its braking system. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

THERE ARE NO CANCELLATION ONCE DISPATCHED OR ASSIGNED TO A DRIVER. 

Dispatch: Is a Job function of a carrier to arrange drivers and hiring of the drivers and equipments for specifics shipments and/or dates.
